Zen Adapt enhances the parasympathetic nervous system balancing action of GABA and Suntheanine® L-Theanine with the addition of Sensoril®, a pure water extract of ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb well known for its ability to help the body function under stress.* Sensoril® has been shown to help alleviate the physical, emotional, and mental effects of stress and tension.*

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 2 capsules one or two times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
